- Services
Vocal Clarity provides pronunciation and speech coaching services. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required prior to the commencement of sessions unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This ensures the session time can be offered to other clients.
Where possible, flexibility will be considered in unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
Vocal Clarity will also provide sufficient notice if a session needs to be rescheduled and will offer alternative times as soon as possible.
In the event that Vocal Clarity provides less than 24 hours’ notice for a rescheduled session, an additional 15 minutes will be added to a future session.
- Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Vocal Clarity.
- Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and engaging with the recommended practice materials to support their progress and achieve the best results.
- Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions are the property of Vocal Clarity and are for personal use only. They may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Vocal Clarity is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of its services. Coaching supports improvement, but results may vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.
- Privacy
Your privacy is important. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.
- Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of any changes.
